Example Usage for logged in member:

You have viewed this page [memb_user_counter name="test counter" op="show"] times.

`name`	The name of the counter, can include spaces.
`set`	Sets the counter to the value define in “val”.
`show or get`	Displays the counter (Default).
`incr`	Increase the counter by val (defaults val to 1 if not set).
`decr`	Decrease the counter by val (defaults val to 1 if not set).
