The terms under which you may use this Site and purchase Memberium licenses. Effective August 1, 2026.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms,” “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of getmemberium.com (the “Site”), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Site. The Site is operated by Web Power & Light, LLC (“WP&L,” “Company,” “us,” “we,” or “our”). Memberium® is a trademark of Web Power & Light, LLC.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, whether acting as guests, registered users, or customers.

These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Software License Agreement, and Earnings Disclaimer, each of which is incorporated by reference.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, registering, downloading, purchasing, or otherwise using any part of the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any other policies referenced herein. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or to purchase any product offered through it. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that your use of the Site does not violate any law or agreement applicable to you.

3. Accounts

Some areas of the Site may require you to register for an account. When you do, you agree to:

  • provide accurate, current, and complete information;
  • keep your account credentials confidential and not share them;
  • accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account; and
  • notify us promptly of any unauthorized access, use, or other security concern.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including where we believe an account has been compromised, used in violation of these Terms, or otherwise poses a risk to the Site, our customers, or third parties.

4. Purchases & Payment

Products offered through the Site (including Memberium plugin licenses and related services) are sold by Web Power & Light, LLC.

Checkout, payment processing, tax calculation, and order fulfillment for purchases made on or through this Site are handled by LemonSqueezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for those transactions. LemonSqueezy, not WP&L, is the seller of record for billing, tax, and sales-regulation purposes, and your payment is processed under LemonSqueezy’s terms and privacy policy. WP&L is the licensor of the Memberium software and provider of any support or services described on the Site.

Prices, product availability, and features are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case any amount already charged will be refunded in accordance with LemonSqueezy’s refund procedures.

5. Money-Back Guarantee & Refunds

We stand behind Memberium. Subject to the conditions below, Memberium plugin licenses purchased through the Site are eligible for a full refund within thirty (30) days of the original purchase.

To request a refund within the 30-day window, contact support@getmemberium.com with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, processed by LemonSqueezy in accordance with its policies.

The following are not refundable:

  • renewals of an existing license;
  • addons, customizations, or services that have already been delivered or are in progress;
  • purchases made outside the 30-day window;
  • purchases made through third parties, resellers, or any site other than getmemberium.com.

Annual plans are priced with a built-in discount equivalent to two (2) free months per year. Refunds on annual plans, where eligible within the 30-day window, are calculated on the pro-rated balance of unused full months after the discount is applied.

6. Software License

The Memberium software plugin and any related code, files, or updates (collectively, the “Software”) are licensed, not sold. Your license to use the Software is governed by our Software License Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. A purchase made through the Site grants you the license scope described on the applicable product and pricing pages and in the License Agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality — including text, graphics, logos, designs, code, and documentation — are owned by Web Power & Light, LLC and its licensors, and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. The “Memberium” name and logo are trademarks of Web Power & Light, LLC.

Except as expressly authorized by these Terms or by separate written agreement, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Site or our trademarks.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or any other aspect of those third-party sites. You acknowledge that we have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all Software, content, and services offered through it are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Web Power & Light, LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the Site or the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected. You use the Site and any downloaded Software at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Web Power & Light, LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses — resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site or the Software; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on or through the Site; (iii) any content or Software obtained from the Site; or (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site exceed the amount you paid to WP&L through the Site in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00), whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Web Power & Light, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claim, demand, action, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to (i) your use of the Site or the Software; (ii) your violation of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, to any account, or to your Software license at any time, with or without cause or notice, including where we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive — including but not limited to ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitation of liability — shall survive.

13. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Site shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and WP&L submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved informally.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide notice through the Site or by email. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the Site and, if applicable, request a refund within the 30-day window described above.

15. Business-Continuity Notice

The Memberium product was previously marketed and licensed through a third party, Castle Mountain Limited, under a separate license arrangement. Web Power & Light, LLC is a distinct legal entity. Purchases made before August 1, 2026 were made from Castle Mountain Limited, and any refund, support, warranty, or other obligation arising from those purchases remains the responsibility of Castle Mountain Limited. WP&L may, at its sole discretion, offer continuing support or equivalent license terms to former Castle Mountain customers, but is not obligated to do so.
