[memb_has_payf]

This shortcode displays a message to a user with a failed payment.

[memb_has_payf] You have the PayF tag [/memb_has_payf]

[memb_has_payf]
   You have a Payf tag
[else_memb_has_payf]
   You do not have a Payf tag
[/memb_has_payf]

Examples with Parameters:

[memb_has_payf strict=y levels=Silver] You have the PayF tag [/memb_has_payf]

[memb_has_payf strict=y levels=Silver,Gold]
   You have a Payf tag
[else_memb_has_payf]
   You do not have a Payf tag
[/memb_has_payf]

`levels`	Comma separated list of level names.
`strict`	If this value is set to Y, it will check for only the PayF tag. If it is not specified, it will consider the tags Canc and Susp as well.
`txtfmt`	a comma delimited list of text processing functions that will be applied on the output. (?)
`capture`	a comma separated list of destinations to send the output of the shortcode to. (?)
