Summary

Generates a form so that a parent can assign a child account to a particular team.

`team_id`	Allows you to specify a team ID to show. Optional. By default the shortcode lists all teams.

This shortcode works with Group Accounts / Umbrella Accounts team functions. This is a Memberium PRO feature.
