Welcome to Memberium’s quick install video series! This first video is here to help get you started and will show you how to download and install Memberium on your WordPress site.
You will need to have your WordPress site open to follow along with the video. This video will cover the first two steps to getting Memberium on your WordPress site…
1. Downloading the Memberium plugin to your computer
First you need to download the Memberium plugin before you can set it up on your WordPress website. A prompt to download the Memberium .zip file can be found on the “thank you” page on our website. You will be taken to this page directly after completing your purchase. Or, you can also click here to download Memberium.
2. Uploading Memberium to your site
You can upload the Memberium plugin directly to your WordPress site without unzipping the file. This is accomplished by selecting “add new” from the plugin function on your website’s WordPress admin dashboard, which will give you the option to upload a new plugin. Here is where you will select the Memberium zip file to upload.
Don’t forget to select “activate plugin” once the upload is complete! When you’ve finished these two steps, you’ll be ready to follow along as the Memberium installation wizard guides you through setting up your Keap API configuration, but don’t worry, we’ll help you with that in the next video.
